By submitting your appointment request, you agree to the terms and conditions:
- This appointment service is free of charge, there are no additional fees for appointment bookings.
- Frame and lens consultations are free of charge.
- Complimentary eye examination / degree check (worth $25) will be provided with any glasses purchase.
- Charges may apply for other or additional services.
- Patients will be notified by e-mail, SMS or WhatsApp if their appointment timing is not available or needs to be changed.
- It is recommended to book the appointment 24 hours in advance. Last minute slots may not be confirmed. Alternatively, please call the store directly.
- If the desired appointment time slot is not available online, please feel free to contact the store you wish to visit to check for the next closest timing available.
